The insulation core consists of ceramic fiber, glass fiber, or aerogel blankets, while the outer protective layer is made of silicone-coated glass fiber cloth, Teflon cloth, or stainless steel braid that resists water, oil, acid, and alkali.

The temperature resistance can reach up to 1080 ºC. Product thickness ranges from 5mm to 150mm and can be fully customized according to specific operating temperatures and system requirements.

By wrapping snugly around irregular surfaces and preventing heat dissipation, our reusable insulation covers deliver an energy saving rate ranging from 25% to 40%, significantly cutting industrial operating costs.
